Giroflex Warranty
Giroflex offers a 5-year (3-years for 24/7 chairs) warranty on construction, material and workmanship of our products, subject to appropriate handling and normal wear and tear. The warranty for covering materials, pneumatic parts, castors and glides is limited to 2 years in any case. The information indicated on the label under the chair determines the guarantee period.
The warranty excludes COM (Customer's own material), impact damage and torn upholstery materials caused by careless handling, or normal wear and tear to covering materials, castors and glides.
No warranty is provided with regard to the identical colouring of materials and leather in the case of repeat orders, nor for CleanGuard treatments or damage in consequence of self-repairs.
