10 Year Warranty for RH Products
Flokk provides a 10 year warranty for all RH chairs that are used under normal conditions for up to 9 hours per day. For normal usage that exceeds 9 hours a day RH provides a 5 year warranty on all RH Chairs (covers chairs delivered after 01.02.2010).

Flokk provides a 5 year warranty for all RH chairs that are in normal use for more than 9 hours per day. Please also see the general warranty terms and conditions.
24/7 - 5 Year Warranty
Flokk provides a 5 year warranty for RH chairs that are approved for control room or 24/7 use. Upholstery is not covered under these terms unless its an RH approved 24/7 fabric.
Summer Lead Times
Please note that bespoke orders from RH may be subject to extended lead times during June and July due to their annual factory shutdown. We recommend placing orders early to avoid delays.

Refund Policy
7.1. If you would like to return your ordered goods after your order has been dispatched you may do so within 14 days please email info@lockwoodhume.co.uk and we will be happy to assist you with this process. 7.1.1. In order to return your goods we will need the following information: order number, name, order date, product being cancelled, date received & an image of the repacked goods in the original box. 7.1.2. We will refund you within 14 days of receiving the goods back, return delivery costs will be the responsibility of the customer along with the following: 1. If we have to replace parts you will be charged for these parts. 2. Any agreed shipping costs when you ordered the goods. 3. Any amounts you are found to be liable for diminished value of the goods, if after inspection, as a result of your handling of the goods, they are no longer “as new” 4. Any charges for the above will be deducted from the refund owed to the customer up to the original invoice value of the goods 7.1.3. In the case of faulty or damaged goods, it is our policy to repair (or replace if repair is not possible) any damaged item. We will ask for photographic evidence of the damage to assist us in further investigation. Note: If the goods appear to be damaged on delivery you should not accept the goods and mark on the drivers notes that the you have rejected the goods and contact us immediately. 7.1.4. If cancelling “made to order” products after 24 hours of placing the order, a charge of 40% minimum of the order price would be charged. Made to order items are exempt from Distance selling regulations and cannot be returned after delivery. 7.1.5. The above conditions do not affect your statutory rights when goods are faulty, or not as described.
